- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the middle of the shell.
- Mix butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
