Instructions
- Rinse the black eyed peas under cold water.
- Soak the peas in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain and rinse the soaked peas.
- In a bowl, mix the peas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned peas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; peas should be crispy and tender.
