Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are soft.
- Add spiralized zucchini to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan option, omit Parmesan cheese.
- Use any type of mushrooms you prefer.
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
