Description

Zebra semifreddo is a frozen dessert that combines chocolate and vanilla flavors in a creamy, frozen form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, milk, cocoa powder, and sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls, and add vanilla extract to one bowl.
  5. In a loaf pan, alternate layers of chocolate and vanilla mixtures to create a zebra pattern.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  7. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
