Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, milk, cocoa powder, and sugar until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls, and add vanilla extract to one bowl.
- In a loaf pan, alternate layers of chocolate and vanilla mixtures to create a zebra pattern.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Allow the semifreddo to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing.
- Use high-quality cocoa powder for better flavor.
