- 1/4 cup beef drippings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Place beef drippings in a muffin tin and heat in the oven until hot.
- Pour batter evenly into the hot drippings.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve immediately with roast beef.
