Description
A refreshing winter fruit salad packed with seasonal fruits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup of mandarin oranges
- 1 cup of diced pears
- 1 cup of sliced kiwi
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruits by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, pomegranate seeds, mandarin oranges, diced pears, and sliced kiwi.
- In a small bowl, mix honey and lemon juice.
- Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor.
- You can substitute or add other seasonal fruits as desired.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
