Instructions

- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and grated cheese until smooth.
- Add green onions, bacon, and walnuts to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers.
