- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, bell pepper, and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.
- Serve warm with your choice of vegetables.
