- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package of dinner rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and mix in ranch dressing, mustard, pickles, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on and cover with foil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
