A sweet and creamy white chocolate fudge perfect for the holidays.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract, nuts, and marshmallows.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
