Description

Delicious white chocolate strawberry truffles that melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it simmers.
  2. Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate.
  3. Stir until smooth and chocolate is melted.
  4. Add strawberry puree and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  7. Roll truffles in crushed graham crackers.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
