Description
Delicious white chocolate strawberry truffles that melt in your mouth.
Ingredients

- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add chopped white chocolate.
- Stir until smooth and chocolate is melted.
- Add strawberry puree and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll truffles in crushed graham crackers.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These truffles can be made a day in advance.
