Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
  9. Add a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top of each cookie.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  11. Let cool before serving.
