A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu with the flavors of white chocolate and raspberry.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 12 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in raspberry puree briefly.
  4. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  5. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Sprinkle fresh raspberries on top.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with the mascarpone mixture.
  8. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
