- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 12 ladyfinger cookies
- 1/2 cup raspberry puree
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate chips and fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers in raspberry puree briefly.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Sprinkle fresh raspberries on top.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with the mascarpone mixture.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
