Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and melted white chocolate until smooth.
- Gently fold in raspberries and vanilla extract.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Place on a baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
