Delicious white chocolate orange creamsicle truffles with a creamy center.
Ingredients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup additional white chocolate for coating
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
- Add orange zest and orange juice, mixing well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each ball with crushed vanilla wafers.
- Melt additional white chocolate and dip each truffle in it.
- Let truffles set on parchment paper until the coating hardens.

- Store truffles in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh orange juice for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if desired.
