Description

Delicious white chocolate orange creamsicle truffles with a creamy center.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup additional white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
  3. Add orange zest and orange juice, mixing well.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Coat each ball with crushed vanilla wafers.
  7. Melt additional white chocolate and dip each truffle in it.
  8. Let truffles set on parchment paper until the coating hardens.

Notes

  • Store truffles in the refrigerator.
  • Use fresh orange juice for better flavor.
