- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced green chilies
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet until soft.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding jalapeños.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and lime.
