  • Chicken broth: 4 cups (about 950 ml)
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro: 1/4 cup, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • Lime juice: 2 tablespoons (freshly squeezed)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Lime zest: for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by dicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the diced onion in olive oil until translucent, then add minced garlic.
