Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, white beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, and chili powder.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
- Top with cilantro or avocado if desired.
