A creamy and tangy spread made with whipped feta cheese and sweet roasted strawberries. Perfect for spreading on bread or serving as a dip.

- 200g feta cheese
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 250g strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine strawberries and honey. Toss to coat.
- Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- While strawberries roast, blend feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil until smooth.
- Once strawberries are done, let them cool slightly.
- Serve the whipped feta topped with roasted strawberries and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust honey based on strawberry sweetness.
- Serve with crackers or fresh bread.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
