  • 100g cream cheese

  • 250g strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine strawberries and honey. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
  4. While strawberries roast, blend feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil until smooth.
  5. Once strawberries are done, let them cool slightly.
  6. Serve the whipped feta topped with roasted strawberries and garnish with mint leaves.
