- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the chicken wings in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Adjust lemon pepper seasoning to taste.
