A quick and delicious weeknight wonton soup that warms you up.
Ingredients

- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place a teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrappers and seal them tightly.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add wontons and cook for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Add bok choy and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground pork with chicken or shrimp.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms.
- This soup can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
