Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli and bell peppers; cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked rice, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and heat through for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
