Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breast, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
- Add broccoli and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- Substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
