Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa to the beef. Stir well.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
  5. Pour the beef mixture over the chips, then layer with cheese.
  6. Add the remaining tortilla chips on top, followed by more cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from oven and top with sour cream and green onions.
