A hearty and flavorful walking taco casserole that combines all the elements of a taco in a convenient dish.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa to the beef. Stir well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
- Pour the beef mixture over the chips, then layer with cheese.
- Add the remaining tortilla chips on top, followed by more cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with sour cream and green onions.

- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
