Ingredients

- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 sheets nori
- 1/2 pound spicy tuna mix
- 1/4 cup tempura flakes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup eel sauce
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
- Cook rice with water in a rice cooker until tender.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until dissolved.
- Combine the vinegar mixture with the cooked rice and let it cool.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori.
- Add spicy tuna, avocado, and tempura flakes in the center.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Slice the roll into pieces and drizzle with eel sauce.
