Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1/2 pound spicy tuna mix
  • 1/4 cup tempura flakes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup eel sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear.
  2. Cook rice with water in a rice cooker until tender.
  3. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl until dissolved.
  4. Combine the vinegar mixture with the cooked rice and let it cool.
  5. Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
  6. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori.
  7. Add spicy tuna, avocado, and tempura flakes in the center.
  8. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
  9. Slice the roll into pieces and drizzle with eel sauce.
