Description

Ingredients

  • Sticky rice – 2 cups
  • Mung beans – 1 cup
  • Fatty pork – 500g
  • Banana leaves – 10 leaves
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Garlic – 3 cloves

Instructions

  1. Soak sticky rice and mung beans overnight.
  2. Prepare the banana leaves by washing and cutting them into squares.
  3. Cook mung beans until soft and mash them.
  4. Marinate fatty pork with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  5. Layer sticky rice, mung beans, and pork in banana leaves.
  6. Wrap tightly and tie with string.
  7. Steam for about 6 hours.
  8. Let it cool, then slice and serve.

  • Use fresh banana leaves for better flavor.
