- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and Velveeta cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Serve hot.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
