Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pan, sauté onion, celery, and carrot until soft.
- Add garlic, thyme, and sage; cook for 1 minute.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, walnuts, and cranberries.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until moistened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
