Ingredients

- 1 loaf of stale bread, cubed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté celery and onion until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and toss to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
