Ingredients

- 2 cups of chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a crockpot, combine chopped vegetables, chickpeas, and vegetable broth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
