Description
A simple and healthy vegetable stir-fry.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use any mix of seasonal vegetables.
- Adjust soy sauce according to your taste.
- Can add protein like tofu or chicken if desired.
