Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, green beans, and carrots.
  3. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
