Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the chickpeas.
- Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin. Mix well.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while stirring until smooth.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Serve the mixture with baguette slices and cherry tomatoes.
