Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fruit jam
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into heart shapes.
- Place a spoonful of fruit jam on half of the hearts.
- Cover with the remaining hearts and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use any fruit jam of your choice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These pastries are best served fresh.
