Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fruit jam
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  5. Cut the dough into heart shapes.
  6. Place a spoonful of fruit jam on half of the hearts.
  7. Cover with the remaining hearts and seal the edges.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Let cool before serving.
