Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.

  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.

  7. Mix in cooked quinoa, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve warm.
