A delicious vegan dressing perfect for your Thanksgiving feast.
Ingredients

- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and celery. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetable broth. Stir in the sautéed mixture.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
