  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and celery. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and vegetable broth. Stir in the sautéed mixture.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
