Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pistachios, ground
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon the batter into a donut pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- In a separate bowl, mix ground pistachios, coconut cream, and powdered sugar to make the filling.
- Let donuts cool, then fill with pistachio cream.

- Use unsweetened almond milk for less sweetness.
