Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, ground
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spoon the batter into a donut pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix ground pistachios, coconut cream, and powdered sugar to make the filling.
  8. Let donuts cool, then fill with pistachio cream.
