Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- 3 cups sugar
Instructions
- Rinse the dandelion flowers to remove any dirt.
- Boil the flowers in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to get the dandelion tea.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the tea.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and stir in sugar.
- Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
- Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
Notes
- Ensure flowers are picked from chemical-free areas.
- This jelly pairs well with biscuits and toast.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
