Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be served with vegan whipped cream.
- Use a different nut flour for variation.
