Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack.

- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be frozen for future use.
- Substitute almond flour with oat flour if desired.
