Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix molasses, melted coconut oil, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Stir in almond milk until the dough comes together.
  6. Form the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each cookie slightly with your hand.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
