- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix molasses, melted coconut oil, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in almond milk until the dough comes together.
- Form the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each cookie slightly with your hand.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
