Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy.
- Add cream of tartar and granulated sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold vanilla extract and dry ingredients into egg whites carefully.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes until a skin forms.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, then cool completely.
- Fill with buttercream and sandwich together.
