A delightful sugar cookie fudge perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir until smooth and melted.
  5. Fold in the sprinkles.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
