A delightful sugar cookie fudge perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and milk over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Stir until smooth and melted.
- Fold in the sprinkles.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be decorated with additional sprinkles on top.
- Use different colored sprinkles for various occasions.
