Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add flour and whisk to create a roux.
  5. Slowly pour in milk, whisking constantly until thickened.
  6. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until melted.
  7. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  8. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
  9. Transfer to a baking dish.
  10. Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and paprika, then sprinkle on top.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
