- 2 cups of stuffing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt and pepper.

- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast the turkey for 3 hours, removing the foil in the last 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the mixed vegetables in a pot until tender.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- Bake the pumpkin mixture in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin dish.
