- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly.
- Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms.
- Press dough into a tart pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Bake crust for 20 minutes until golden.
- In a separate bowl, whisk lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, eggs, and cream.
- Pour filling into baked crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
