- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, milk, green bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
