A unique twist on traditional tiramisu, featuring ube for a colorful and flavorful dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup ube puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ube puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into ube mixture until combined.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies in coffee briefly.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of jars.
- Add a layer of ube mixture on top of ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until jars are filled.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh ube for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso.
