Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  3. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix well.
  6. Stir in the cheese and chives.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  8. Place the filled eggs on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
