A delicious twist on pizza featuring Tuscan garlic chicken on a pita base.
Ingredients

- 2 pita breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pita breads.
- Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a minute before slicing.

- Use fresh herbs for extra flavor.
- You can substitute chicken with turkey or leave it out for a vegetarian option.
